Prior to your arrival, your personal Property representative will refine a selection of properties that meet your individual needs and prepare a tailor made itinerary for your visit. - Not just to view properties but also to visit points of interest including beaches and attractions etc as well as the local amenities.

Inspection Tour Itinerary

There's a lot to fit in when you book one of our personal one-to-one inspection tours. Our inspection tours are a tailor made service, we have however outlined a typical itinerary below and our representatives will be there every step of the way to make it as straight forward and enjoyable.

Day 1 - You'll be met at the airport by your CPA property specialist who'll show you to your hotel to check in. Refreshments, a brief welcome and a short presentation will follow to show you the options available to you with facts & figures to give you peace of mind that the property you choose will be the right one for you.

Day 2 - After breakfast there will be a tour of selected areas & properties.
Your property specialist will take you for a full day inspecting your properties, with a break for lunch and coffee. After a day looking at houses, you'll be returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner.

Day 3 - After breakfast you'll be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations, with help and guidance along the way. Then you'll be taken through the contracts, costs, finance and legalities before retiring for lunch at a Greek Taverna. In the afternoon, some time will be set aside for an informal meeting for any financial or legal assistance you may need. If you've found a property you can't resist, contracts will be prepared for you to sign.

Our inspection tours can be reserved for £99 or £150, our tours are ran weekly, however as they are organised on a one to one basis it is imperative that you contact us prior to making any plans.
